Christmas Run 2009
Date: 16 December 09
Venue: Engen garage on the corner of Monument and Anemoon streets (Glen Marias)
Time: 7 am
Distance 10 km
Cost: At least one bag of dog food and or cat food. (It need not be the most expensive kind and can even be PicknPay no name)
Pace: Back runners speed
Dress: Something with RED!
After the run those who wish will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee and or breakfast at the WIMPY which is also at the garage. Please bring a few rand with for this.
The TT will still take place on the night before so if you can’t make it to this run then please can you bring your food to the club. Thanks to those who brought food last night.

Hulp word benodig vir die 6km waterpunt.
In die verlede het ons ‘n goeie opkoms van helpers gehad, maar ek sal dit waardeer as mense my kan laat weet as hulle kan help.
Ons het gewoonlik ‘n worsbraai, so dan weet ons vir hoeveel om reg te maak.
Dit is ook belangrik om seker te maak dat ons genoeg mense het om water en coke uit te deel.
